Pulled Pork Sliders
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 4-5 lbs Pork Butt/Tenderloin
- Rolls
- Coleslaw
- Red Onion
- 1 Can Dr. Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Line the bottom of your slow cooker with sliced onion
- Rub pork with mixture of salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Place pork in crock pot and pour Dr. Pepper over
- Cook on high 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours
- Remove pork and pull apart with forks
- Place pork back in juices and mix in BBQ sauce
- Allow to cook an additional 30 minutes if desired
- Place on rolls and top with coleslaw
