Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 1 15.25oz. Can Corn
- 1 10oz. Rotel®/Diced Tomatoes
- 1 14.5oz. Can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 16oz. Can Ranch Style® Beans
- 1 15oz. Can Pinto Beans
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1 Envelope Taco Seasoning
- 1 Envelope Ranch Seasoning
- Shredded Cheese
- Sour Cream
Cooking Instructions
- Brown ground beef
- Add taco and ranch seasoning and mix well
- Drain beans and corn and add to mixture
- Drain all beans, corn, tomatoes and Rotel® cans and add to mixture
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Top with shredded cheese and sour cream
- Serve with chips or your favorite tortillas
