What is Market Rewards?
Market Rewards is Choctaw Country Market’s loyalty program. You can earn points and savings on products throughout our stores. The more you shop the more rewards you earn.
How do I earn rewards at a Choctaw Country Market location?
When you shop at our location you earn certain rewards. During special promotions you may be able to earn additional freebies or extra points on specific product purchases.
What are the benefits of signing up for this loyalty program?
Specific offers and rewards are available exclusively to our Choctaw Loyalty Members.
How do I change my password?
Go to “Forgot Password” on the login page and answer the necessary security questions.
Where/How do I redeem my rewards earned?
At every shopping trip, enter your ID Number into the credit card pin pad to earn points and rewards.
Where can I view my reward balance and when do my points expire?
Go to “My Account” tab after logging in and you will see how many points you’ve accrued. Points expires 60 days after issue date.
Does is cost to be a member of Market Rewards?
No, being a Market Rewards member is free and easy to use!
Can I use my market rewards interchangeably between Country Markets and Travel Plazas?
Country Market Loyalty can only be used at our existing locations – Coalgate, Clayton, and Boswell. For additional details on the Choctaw Travel Plaza loyalty please visit choctawtravelplazas.com/chahta-rewards-signup
Are there items I cannot use my rewards for?
Points and promotions are not currently available on fuel purchases.
Can my spouse and I combine rewards at the register?
Only a single ID can be used per account, however, households are welcome to share accounts for purchases.
Is there a cap on the rewards amount I can earn?
No. The more you spend, the more you save!
How long do I have to use my rewards once earned?
Immediate redemption item promotions (such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free) must be redeemed immediately and cannot be added to a future purchase unless otherwise notes. Points will expire 60 days from earning if not used.
