Baked Pork Chops with Cream Soup

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Pork Chops
  • 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Medium Onion (chopped)
  • Rice Side
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

  • Season each pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides
  • Over medium heat, melt butter in skillet with onions
  • Cook until onions are tender and set aside
  • In the same skillet with butter, saute the pork chops – approximately 3-4 minutes on each side – until golden brown
  • Combine milk and soup until smooth and pour over pork chops
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes
  • Serve with side of rice
