Baked Pork Chops with Cream Soup
Ingredients
- 5-6 Pork Chops
- 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Medium Onion (chopped)
- Rice Side
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cooking Instructions
- Season each pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides
- Over medium heat, melt butter in skillet with onions
- Cook until onions are tender and set aside
- In the same skillet with butter, saute the pork chops – approximately 3-4 minutes on each side – until golden brown
- Combine milk and soup until smooth and pour over pork chops
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes
- Serve with side of rice
