Beef Jerky

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika, or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey, or more to taste
  • 2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 2 lbs Beef Top Round, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

  • Whisk Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika, honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a bowl
  • Add beef to bowl and turn to coat beef completely
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator, 3 hours to overnight
  • Use a dehydrator and dry for 6 hours or preheat an oven to 175 degrees F for 3-4 hours
  • Transfer beef to paper towels to dry
  • When cooled, can be vacuum sealed and stored up to 1-2 years
