Beef Jerky
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Honey, or more to taste
- 2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 2 lbs Beef Top Round, thinly sliced
Cooking Instructions
- Whisk Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika, honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a bowl
- Add beef to bowl and turn to coat beef completely
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator, 3 hours to overnight
- Use a dehydrator and dry for 6 hours or preheat an oven to 175 degrees F for 3-4 hours
- Transfer beef to paper towels to dry
- When cooled, can be vacuum sealed and stored up to 1-2 years
