Chicken Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken, Cut into Cubes
  • 1 8-oz. Bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 10.5-oz. Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
  • 2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat the oil, add the chicken with salt and pepper and allow to brown.
  • Once the chicken has browned, add the vegetables and allow for some of the liquid to cook away.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup, bring to a slight simmer and turn off heat.
  • In a 6X8” casserole dish, pour in the chicken mixture and top with the biscuits, submerging biscuits about halfway down.
  • Place into the oven and cook for 16-18 minutes or until the biscuits are a golden brown.
  • Serve and enjoy.
