Fajita and Carne Asada Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chicken or Beef (raw and sliced)
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tsp Table Salt
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well
  • In a large bowl, pour over raw, sliced chicken or beef
  • Cover, place in refrigerator and let marinate for two hours
  • Pull from refrigerator when ready
  • Cook meat to liking and serve warm
  • Serves five to six people
