Fajita and Carne Asada Marinade
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken or Beef (raw and sliced)
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 Tsp Table Salt
- 2 Tsp Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well
- In a large bowl, pour over raw, sliced chicken or beef
- Cover, place in refrigerator and let marinate for two hours
- Pull from refrigerator when ready
- Cook meat to liking and serve warm
- Serves five to six people
