Grilled Chicken Legs & White BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Legs
- 4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 4 Tbsp. Three Rivers BBQ Rub
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Juice
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Cooking Instructions
- First, fire your grill up and get it hot.
- While the grill is getting hot, make your BBQ sauce by adding all ingredients together and blend until well incorporated.
- Toss the chicken legs in cooking oil, then toss in the BBQ rub, making sure they are all evenly coated.
- Put the chicken legs on the grill and turn about every three minutes to ensure they are cooking evenly.
- After about 10-12 minutes, remove the chicken legs from the grill, dip each one in the white BBQ sauce, then return chicken to the grill and cook for an additional three minutes. Repeat this step once more.
- Remove chicken from grill and serve.
