Holiday-Spiced Honey-Glazed Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 2½-3 lb. Pork Loin
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1 Tsp. Ground Allspice
- 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
- ½ Tsp. Ground Cloves
- 1 Stick Butter
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Ginger Ale
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Remove the pork loin from the wrapper, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place pork loin in a baking dish and transfer to the oven for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pot, melt the butter and all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- After the 20 minutes is up, turn the oven down to 300° and brush on the glaze.
- Cook for eight minutes, repeating this process three more times or until the glaze is nice and thick.
- emove pork loin from the oven, allow it to rest for 20 minutes, slice and serve.
