Holiday-Spiced Honey-Glazed Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 2½-3 lb. Pork Loin
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Allspice
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
  • ½ Tsp. Ground Cloves
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Ginger Ale
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Remove the pork loin from the wrapper, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place pork loin in a baking dish and transfer to the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pot, melt the butter and all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  • After the 20 minutes is up, turn the oven down to 300° and brush on the glaze.
  • Cook for eight minutes, repeating this process three more times or until the glaze is nice and thick.
  • emove pork loin from the oven, allow it to rest for 20 minutes, slice and serve.
