Mushroom, Sausage & Cheddar Egg Bake

Ingredients
- 1 Can Sliced Mushrooms
- 8 oz. Breakfast Sausage, Cooked
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- 2 oz. Butter
- 8 Eggs
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Crack eggs into a large bowl and whip until well-mixed.
- Add in the cream and blend together.
- Add sausage, mushrooms, green onions and half of the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Use the butter to grease an 8x8” baking dish and pour in the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake uncovered for 14 minutes, or until slightly brown on top.
