Mushroom, Sausage & Cheddar Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Sliced Mushrooms
  • 8 oz. Breakfast Sausage, Cooked
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Divided
  • 2 oz. Butter
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Crack eggs into a large bowl and whip until well-mixed.
  • Add in the cream and blend together.
  • Add sausage, mushrooms, green onions and half of the cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Use the butter to grease an 8x8” baking dish and pour in the egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake uncovered for 14 minutes, or until slightly brown on top.
