Orange Creamsicle Mimosas

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange, Zested and Juiced
  • 2 Cups Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Half-and-Half
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Bottle Sparkling Wine

Cooking Instructions

  • Chill mixing bowl and four champagne flutes or glasses in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  • Zest the orange, then cut in half to squeeze out the juice.
  • Add orange zest, orange juices, powdered sugar and half-and-half to chilled mixing bowl, and mix until frothy and sugar is dissolved.
  • Add 2 ounces of the orange juice mixture into the chilled glasses and top them off with sparkling wine.
  • Serve immediately.
