Orange Creamsicle Mimosas

Ingredients
- 1 Orange, Zested and Juiced
- 2 Cups Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Half-and-Half
- ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Bottle Sparkling Wine
Cooking Instructions
- Chill mixing bowl and four champagne flutes or glasses in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Zest the orange, then cut in half to squeeze out the juice.
- Add orange zest, orange juices, powdered sugar and half-and-half to chilled mixing bowl, and mix until frothy and sugar is dissolved.
- Add 2 ounces of the orange juice mixture into the chilled glasses and top them off with sparkling wine.
- Serve immediately.
