Salisbury Steak
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 10.5oz. Can French Onion Soup (condensed)
- 1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 1/8 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- Instant Mashed Potatoes
- Corn
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together 1/3 cup condensed French onion soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and black pepper. Shape into 6 patties
- Brown both sides of the patties and pour off excess fat
- Mix remaining soup and flour until smooth
- Add in ketchup, water and Worcestershire sauce
- Pour over meat in skillet
- Cook on medium for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Serve with instant mashed potatoes on side
