Salsa

Ingredients

  • 8 ½ Cups Pico de Gallo
  • 2 Cups diced white Onion
  • 2 Cups Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 3 46 oz. Cans tomato Juice
  • ½ Cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 7 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Crushed Red pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • In an eight-quart plastic container, add all ingredients in the order listed in ingredients
  • Using a rubber spatula, mix all ingredients until well combined
  • Serves six to eight people
