Salsa
Ingredients
- 8 ½ Cups Pico de Gallo
- 2 Cups diced white Onion
- 2 Cups Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 3 46 oz. Cans tomato Juice
- ½ Cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 7 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Ground Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Crushed Red pepper
Cooking Instructions
- In an eight-quart plastic container, add all ingredients in the order listed in ingredients
- Using a rubber spatula, mix all ingredients until well combined
- Serves six to eight people
