Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 15.25oz. Can Corn
  • 1 10oz. Rotel®/Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 14.5oz. Can Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 16oz. Can Ranch Style® Beans
  • 1 15oz. Can Pinto Beans
  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Envelope Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Envelope Ranch Seasoning
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Sour Cream

Cooking Instructions

  • Brown ground beef
  • Add taco and ranch seasoning and mix well
  • Drain beans and corn and add to mixture
  • Drain all beans, corn, tomatoes and Rotel® cans and add to mixture
  • Bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Top with shredded cheese and sour cream
  • Serve with chips or your favorite tortillas
